Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you ordered, we offer returns within 30 days of receiving your shipment.
The product must be:
- unused
- undamaged
- in its original packaging
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will provide either:
- a refund,
- or a replacement product, according to your preference.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is damaged or defective.
In the case of a complaint, please send us a photograph of the product so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable European Union legislation, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the shipment, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, it is sufficient to send a notification by email or in writing.
The product must then be returned within 14 days from the date the notification is sent.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund.
The product may be inspected in the same way as it would be in a physical store, but it must not be used in a way that would reduce its value.
You may also use the standard withdrawal form to exercise this right, although this is not mandatory.
