Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the product within 30 days of receiving the shipment.

The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund or replacement, depending on your preference.

If the product is damaged or defective, please send us a photo so we can resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

Right of Withdrawal

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, the product can be returned within 14 days of receiving the shipment - without giving any reason.

Simply send a short message by email or in writing to let us know that you would like to return the product.

After that, the product should be sent back within 14 days. Once the returned item has been received, a refund will be issued.

The product may be inspected as it would be in a shop, but please avoid using it in a way that would reduce its value.

You may also use the standard withdrawal form, although this is not required.
